A custom home just for you. Choose from:
1) Custom floor plan. We will start with a blank sheet of paper and design a home and outdoor living space that meets your living and entertaining needs. Our architect will insure the exterior elevation is consistent with the quality and style of the existing Westerham homes.
2) Predesigned floor plan. Jordan James has developed 5 separate floor plans ranging from 2,361 to 4,400+ heated square feet. Each of the 5 plans is available in 4 architectural styles: French Country, English Cottage, Hamptons and Nantucket. These homes are based upon our feedback and experience with custom home buyers...including traffic flow, space management, use of light, and amenities that are most desired. After selecting a floor plan, architectural style, and lot, you can completely customize the interior of your home.
3) Hybrid. Choose one of our 5 predesigned floor plans and then customize it to meet your needs. Move some walls, change the layout, etc. You will work together with Jordan James and our architect to make the changes.
