Michael Sloan, COO & Principal
Michael was raised in the town of Moweaqua, Illinois where he was constantly exposed to the management and leadership of a growing company. He learned from his father by working a range of jobs from warehouse management to purchasing Vice-President. Michael went to the Culver Military Academy where he received an early introduction to leadership principles and structure. After college, he followed his passion and pursued a career in real estate development. Michael attended Southeast Missouri State in 2002 and the University of Kentucky from 2003-2006.
