Chris Jasinski, CEO & Managing Principal
Chris has over 14 years experience with residential real estate development companies and investment firms. He has developed, marketed, and constructed hundreds of for sale single family and condominium homes. Chris has overseen projects in Southwest Florida, Coastal Alabama, and Charlotte, North Carolina including highly amenitized master planned communities, coastal resorts, and mixed-use urban infill redevelopment. The bulk of his real estate career has focused on servicing the lifestyle needs of active empty-nesters and second home buyers. Prior employers include WCI Communities, Inc., Pappas Properties, LLC, and SEI Investments. Chris has a B.A. from Bucknell University and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
